Welcome to the Lun Lab

The Lun Lab was established in January 2025 within the Department of Genetics, Cell Biology, and Development at the University of Minnesota. We develop single-cell and ‘omics technologies to systematically profile how variabilities in intracellular signaling networks, protein-protein interactions, and spatial protein organizations contribute to diseases like cancer. Using these innovative approaches, we aim to identify integrative biomarkers associated with cellular susceptibilities to cancer treatments employed in clinical settings. Ultimately, our research seeks to uncover new druggable targets to improve patient outcomes.
